Whitney Oaks: Projects
Here at Whitney Oaks, we are careful to maintain the beauty and tidiness of our community and surrounding natural areas. From time to time, projects to achieve this may affect residents through driving restrictions or other limitations of use. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes and assure our residents that we will communicate ahead of time, when possible, when work is to be done so that you can plan ahead. Upcoming projects at Whitney Oaks:
2025 AT&T Network Upgrade
The AT&T community fiber project has an estimated completion of late November to mid December. Coldwater Drive, Tahoe Vista, and their respective adjacent streets are the last areas AT&T will be working on. If you haven't already, please reach out to Lindsay Lenard, our Assistant General Manager, to sign up for Association email communications.

Paving Our Community Streets
The next phase of the paving project, scheduled for May 2027, is sealcoating the streets. Completing this portion of the project at the proper time will help maximize the effectiveness, durability, and long-term performance of the treatment. During this phase, cosmetic cracks will be strip sealed and then two layers of sealcoating will be applied to the entire street. This will ensure all streets are a solid color for a clean look.
