Whitney Oaks: Projects
Here at Whitney Oaks, we are careful to maintain the beauty and tidiness of our community and surrounding natural areas. From time to time, projects to achieve this may affect residents through driving restrictions or other limitations of use. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes and assure our residents that we will communicate ahead of time, when possible, when work is to be done so that you can plan ahead. Upcoming projects at Whitney Oaks:
2025 AT&T Network Upgrade
Now that the rainy season appears to be behind us, AT&T will begin large-scale trenching projects again in areas not addressed in 2024. Please watch for email communication regarding the specific areas AT&T will be working in. If you haven't already, please reach out to Alla Kolesnikov, our Assistant General Manager, to sign up for Association email communications.

Paving Our Community Streets
Beginning this Spring and throughout 2026, the Association will be paving and seal coating our community streets.
The Board has approved a proposal for a consulting firm to conduct a full evaluation of the community’s streets and their current condition. Once this assessment is complete, the Association will obtain proposals for the necessary repair and maintenance work.
Vivien Way - Drainage Project
The Vivien Way Drainage project has been completed, except for a few punchlist items that need to be taken care of.
